Our hydraulic expertise covers the installation and overhaul of power units and actuators, as well as cylinder and piping work. In addition, we offer an extensive spare parts service for various types of hydraulic systems. We handle hydraulic projects ranging from single assignments to long-term maintenance agreements.

We are able to supply new hydraulic cylinders and repair even heavily worn used ones. At present, the maximum overall length we handle is 12 meters. If necessary, we replace the cylinder body or tube, and either manufacture a new piston rod or refurbish and hard-chrome the existing one. Our spare parts service also provides new bronze and spherical bearings as well as seal kits tailored for each cylinder. We also perform functional, leakage, and pressure tests in accordance with manufacturer or classification society requirements.
